The Saygıner Cup honors Semih Saygıner, the "Turkish Prince" — Türkiye's greatest carom player and 1996 World Champion. Held annually in Istanbul by the Turkish Billiards Federation (TBBF), it invites the world's top 16 ranked players. The atmosphere is unique: Turkish carom has Türkiye's most passionate billiards crowd, and the tournament has become a fixture of the carom calendar.
