Yes — free to use, no signup, no paywall. Supported by optional, consent-based ads. By Setviva.

Does 3ball.app use AI?

No machine learning. The solver brute-force samples thousands of shots through a real physics engine (Hertz contact, Magnus spin, cloth friction) and ranks valid 3-cushion solutions.

What browsers and devices work?

Any modern browser with WebGL2 (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge from 2020 onward). 60fps stable on any 2018+ device including mid-range phones.

Can I install it on my phone?

Yes — 3ball.app is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Open it on your phone/tablet and tap "Add to Home Screen" in your browser menu.

Is photo-to-position alignment automated?

Manual but precise. You photograph the table, mark four corners + three balls; homography maps your photo to table coordinates. No machine learning.
