3ball.app is an optional Progressive Web App shortcut. Install it from your browser for one-tap, full-screen access; no store or account is required. The simulator remains an online service.
Why install?

- Managed updates — the service worker refreshes 3ball-owned assets safely.
- Local continuity — preferences, positions and practice data use resilient browser storage when available.
iOS — iPhone & iPad (Safari)
- Open 3ball.app in Safari (Chrome on iOS does not support install).
- Tap the Share button (square with arrow) at the bottom.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add in the top-right.
Android — Chrome / Edge / Brave
- Open 3ball.app in Chrome (or Edge/Brave/Samsung Internet).
- Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right.
- Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
Windows — Edge or Chrome
- Open 3ball.app in Edge or Chrome.
- Click the install icon on the right side of the address bar.
- Click Install.
macOS — Safari 17+ or Chrome
- Open 3ball.app in Safari 17+ (macOS Sonoma or later).
- Click File → Add to Dock in the top menu.
System requirements
- A current browser with WebGL2 and JavaScript.
- An active internet connection while using the simulator.
- Enough graphics performance for the chosen view and scene; frame rate varies by device and browser.
- PWA installation support is optional and differs by platform.
Privacy & permissions
Normal play needs no standing access to microphone, contacts or location. Photo import opens only after your direct action and the selected image is processed locally. Browser features such as file selection, camera source or clipboard can show a platform prompt when you choose them. Local progress is stored through resilient browser storage.
